We have partnered with the League of Women Voters of Rensselaer County and the Hart Cluett Museum to bring family-friendly activities, pizza, and, most importantly, voter registration!
We encourage you to please consider nominating a Resourceful Woman or Individual in your community today. Committee selected nominees from all 12 categories will be honored at our 24th Annual Resourceful Women’s Awards alonside our Resourceful Woman of the Year Dr. Denise Fernandez-Pallozzi, Woman of Inspiration Emily Rickard, and Community Partner Regeneron.
For all of May, every reusable Fight Hunger Bag purchased at Wynantskill Hannaford earns us a $1 donation!
All through the month of November, purchases made at Wynantskill Hannaford will directly benefit YWCA of the Greater Capital Region’s Food Panty. $1.00 of every $2.50 purchase of either brand new design of the reusable Fight Hunger Bag and $0.25 from every Hannaford Snack Pals Plate will go to support this popular community resource.

In honor of International Women’s Day, Teal, Becker & Chiaramonte CPAs, P.C. (TBC), Bank of America, and other local business women have partnered with YWCA of the Greater Capital Region, Inc. (YWCA-GCR) to act locally by purchasing bras and donating funds to YWCA-GCR Brava! campaign. Over 160 bras will be donated on Monday, March 12th in support of International Women’s Day.
